• Consider the delivery date. When placing an order for holidays, consider having the flowers delivered immediately prior to the holiday instead of on the actual holiday. This is often exciting for the recipient who may not be expecting flowers prior to the holiday.

• Supply detailed information. It is important that you provide us with accurate, detailed information regarding the name and address of the person you are sending flowers. Providing a physical address and a phone number (so the florist can contact the recipient if necessary) is usually enough. However, if the flowers are being delivered to a business or hospital, more information, such as department, work hours, floor, room number, etc., may be required.
